Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping Charges: Carriage costs will be added at checkout. Carriage costs will be based on delivery to one mainland UK location. Shipping to locations outside mainland UK will incur an additional charges. Orders over £500, large volume orders, and urgent same day delivery will also incur additional charges. We will request approval for additional charges before proceeding.
Credit Card Orders: Credit card orders that are changed to Ariba orders or Cost Center orders will incur a 3% charge due to the credit card processing fee.
Standard Orders:
Standard orders will be shipped within 7-8
business days. For priority shipping (at an additional cost), please email premier@stweed.com
with the order number and authorization to ship priority.
Return Policy:
Up to 6 pieces of standard logo merchandise in new condition, with tags intact, may be returned within 10 days for a company store credit or exchange. We are unable to accept returns on custom orders. Program orders over 6 pieces are considered custom and cannot be returned. Proof of purchase and a return authorization form is required for returns. Refunds are not available.

We will send you a proof prior to production. Once the proof is approved, the cards take about 10-14 business days in production.
